Refund & Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pranabhisar Ayurved.
Please note that Pranabhisar Ayurved has a strict no return, no refund policy on all orders.
Exceptions:
We only offer a refund or exchange under the following specific circumstances:
- Goods Damaged During Transit: If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the goods with photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the product. We will assess the damage and, if deemed to be transit-related, we will arrange for a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. Post approval, we will process the refund with 3 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 business days.
- Order Cancellation During Transit (Within 7 Days): If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped but within 7 days of the shipping date, you may contact us to request a cancellation. If the cancellation is possible at that stage, a refund (excluding any shipping charges) may be processed once the goods are returned to us in their original, unopened condition. Please note that cancellation during transit is not guaranteed and depends on the logistics at that time.
Interpretation
The words in which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- “Company” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Pranabhisar Ayurved
- “Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.
- “Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.
- “Website” refers to Pranabhisar.com
- “You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Conditions for Damaged Goods Claims:
To claim for goods damaged during transit, you must:
- Notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the product.
- Retain the original packaging for inspection.
Conditions for Order Cancellation During Transit:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 7 days of the shipping date.
- Cancellation is not guaranteed and is subject to logistical feasibility.
- If the cancellation is possible, we will process the refund with 3 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 business days.
Returning Goods (for Damaged Items or Approved Cancellations):
If a return is approved due to damage during transit or a successful cancellation within 7 days of shipping, you may be instructed to return the goods to the following address:

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or further damaged during the return shipment.
